Priyanka Chopra is very upset about the rumours that her film with Kunal Kohli is on similar lines to that of Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine. She has chosen to clear the air through her micro blogging site and got her director's support as well.
"Woke up this morning to an amazing piece of fiction... a news story that says my role in Kunal's film is similar to that ofHeroine... Ours is a love story... where is the connect? What say kunal Kohli. I don't appreciate being used to create unwarranted controversy with baseless information... unacceptable?"
Kunal immediately came to back her and wrote, "Well said Priyanka Chopra, no one asked us anything, they just printed a baseless story. There's no similarity between the films. First they write fiction, then we gotta clarify it. Ridiculous."
