RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND SALES
Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets
Analyse, understand customer's 360 degree Insurance needs & fulfill with appropriate products.
Build and deepen relationships with walk -in Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.- Not a field sales job. It is totally a Venue marketing profile where the employee has to cater to only the Walk -In cutomers during Office hours. Day Shift profile.
Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics.
Present the face of the Bank to the Walk -in customers
Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix.
Update & maintain all Sales MIS ( Prospects, Attritions, etc.)
